The Wave Rider 24 features our all new midsole material – MIZUNO
ENERZY (FOAM), that provides 15% increase in rebound and 17% increase

in softness. The upper has a new lightweight engineered mesh with a non-
stitch Runbird logo that provides a nice and clean look that gets out of your

way as you run. We’ve also evolved the sole construction by connecting more
MIZUNO ENERZY (FOAM) in to the midfoot of the shoe for an update to our
Smoothride technology.
